I bring over 12 years of experience in HR leadership, organizational development, and executive coaching — with a foundation in psychology and psychotherapy. My journey has taken me through boardrooms, transformation programs, conflict-resolution sessions, and moments of deep personal insight. And I’ve learned one thing for sure: no real change happens without understanding people. My approach is unique because it’s integrative. I combine business thinking and Agile methodology with psychotherapeutic practices like Transactional Analysis, CBT, and child development principles. This allows me to support both leaders and families — with the same level of empathy, structure, and focus.

Over 12 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of business strategy and human dynamics — as an HR leader, organizational development expert, and executive coach. But the turning point came when I dove deeper into psychology and psychotherapy. That’s when I discovered how powerful real transformation can be — when people feel seen, safe, and supported.

I blend leadership mentoring, conflict facilitation, and emotional insight. My methods include Transactional Analysis, CBT, art therapy, and the principles of child development.
